DO I HAVE TO REGISTER?
There is no longer the need to register unless you want to become a paying subscriber. To become a subscriber, follow the short registration process to gain access to the site. All we ask for is a valid email address, your preferred payment details, which country you live in and how you heard about us.

You can either be a free viewer or a paid subscriber. For free viewers, the entire archive of interviews and the additional sections are free. Paid Subscribers get access to the latest interviews as they are released while free viewers get access to these interviews one month after initial release.

As a Subscriber you also get the benefit of another video interview with Regina each month, called the Fifth Element. This will not be available to Members the month after and will only be available to Subscribers for a period of one year. Subscribers also get free downloadable transcripts of each interview plus the podcasts.

I CAN'T SEE THE VIDEOS
For help on making the videos play on the site, please go to our HELP page where there are full instructions on making Flash Player work on both PC and Mac. As long as the plug in player has been installed correctly, all the video content will play.

DO YOU HAVE A PODCAST?
We now have a podcast for paid subscribers which you can access via the podcast link on the Home page. By subscribing, you will be able to watch the video offline at full screen via iTunes and also on your iPod. You can make DVD's for your TV or give them away to friends who do not have computers. You can create a wonderful archive of material for your personal education.

WHICH DVD FORMAT DO I NEED?
The USA and Canada uses NTSC format while Europe and most of the rest of the world uses PAL. To make sure you have the correct format ordered for your country, please consult THIS LIST

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A FORUM?
We have thought about having a forum since we first started, but have decided not to have one because of the technical challenges of having one on the page of each interviewee plus a general forum for group discussion; we also do not have the willingness or manpower to monitor the discussion for slanderous comments and blatant self promotion by others and on the advice of respected web masters we are better off without one.

SO HOW DO YOU SUSTAIN YOUR SERVICE?
From inception until January 2008, this entire endeavour has been self funded by our personal savings with the additional help of some donations from viewers. We believe that financial consideration should never be a barrier to education of this sort and we will always offer our main interviews free of charge. We do not charge anyone to be interviewed on the site and they have not paid us to be interviewed - it is entirely by our choice who gets interviewed.

We will attempt to keep the site free of commercial interests for as long as we can with your help. We rely on the generous support of people like you who are willing to donate or purchase a subscription to keep the information available. Please consider supporting this website with an annual subscription or donation and give generously and often so we can facilitate this for your benefit.

We may feature video commercials within our programming from selected conscious or 'Green' companies, so that you can stay informed and we can fund further expansion in the future. The video player may also show short commercials which pays for the bandwidth involved in streaming the files to your computer.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT DONATIONS?
We can accept donations through the donation button on each page which goes directly to the International Humanities Center in California. We are one of their sponsored projects which qualifies us for 501(c)3 status. Donations are tax deductible if your country allows it (it is tax deductible for US citizens - all others need to check with their tax professional).

In addition, we donate back 10% of our Subscriptions to the International Humanities Center, creating a circle of benefit that allows both organisations to continue operations.

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR INTERVIEW SUBJECTS?
We respond to people and information as we come across them, although we have known about many of the speakers for some time through our conscious journey. We try to bring information from credible sources and from people who have some type of scientific or accredited qualification. It is our intention to present truthful and authentic sources of information to balance the mass media message that seems to predominantly be supported by large drug, car and government organisations. We do not necessarily sanction or endorse every viewpoint but offer them as an alternative perspective that should be included on your path to consciousness.

ARE YOU FOR OR AGAINST ANY POLITICAL PARTY?
We are entirely non partisan and do not support any political party. We believe that there needs to be a system and infrastructure that supports people in being contributing members of society, however we have no guidelines as to how this should be done and do not support any political party, religion or alternative doctrine in any formal or financial way.

CAN I EMBED YOUR VIDEOS ON MY OWN SITE?
This has always been a much debated point!

Although we feel this information deserves a wide audience, it takes a lot of our personal resources to create it each month. We are not a large organisation and the entire site is operated by two people. By having people come directly to the site to see the material, it affords us the opportunity to gain financial support via a voluntary subscription to keep it going. If no one subscribes, like public radio and any other form of public collaboration, we cannot sustain our monthly production.

Another perspective is this one. We do not create our videos as promotional pieces to sell some other product, like a car company would make a promotional video to sell a car. The car company would not mind you posting the video on your site because it would increase the chances of people going out and buying the car, which is where they get their financial return. The videos we produce are our product, or our asset if you think of it that way. If you 'embed' our asset and put it on your own or another site, there is no fair exchange for our labors or skills. We are not in a position financially or legally to provide free content to other sites.

THIS IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION SO SHOULDN'T IT BE FREE?
Many people believe that their own conviction renders them above the law because they want others to benefit from this information. Although we applaud this desire, it is still not permitted to take an original copyright production and post it elsewhere, just because your think it is important, spiritual or helpful. If that were true, you would expect films and documentaries you deem worthy of dissemination OK to post on your own site, but would soon hear the call of studio lawyers! In the same vein, you would also expect healers, therapists, psychologists and all other members of the healing profession to offer their services for free, just because you feel it is valuable to you and others.

By all means, create a link from your site to ours to promote the information, but please do not embed it on your own site, chop it up and put it into your own "production" or put it on a bit torrent sharing site. We have created Preview Videos for each one of our productions and have already put them on YouTube for marketing and promotional purposes. Your desire to spread the word by embedding our videos somewhere else, directly contributes to the demise of our existence.

We never charge anyone to be on our network. We survive only through adwords, voluntary subscriptions and donations and all the income goes to pay for our required resources, bandwidth and our personal work in providing this free information to the global internet population.

So, the legal stuff says "All material is copyright and is subject to the applicable copyright laws and penalties for infringement". With that rather heavy statement, we respectifully ask that you help us to remain sustainable and do not upload our video or audio interviews to Video Google, YouTube, Revver, Veoh or any other video sharing site or service and to respect the time and financial resources that have gone into making this site freely available to all. Each of these sites makes you agree that you are not posting copyright information so please abide by these agreements.
