Dr. Dean Shrock served as Director of Mind-Body Medicine for a physician's management group of 40 cancer centers. Dr. Shrock's research demonstrated that you can affect survival with cancer with the approach to life he calls "Go Fishing." This familiar phrase is his way of stressing the importance of the "will to live." This is the core belief of all major religious and philosophical systems: We are one with everything. This is supported with current research in quantum physics and the evidence that underlying and connecting all of physical reality is a matrix of harmony and order. You are most yourself when you realize and connect with this/your spiritual essence.
When love is expressed (when we resonate in harmony with this matrix), health is a natural byproduct. Whether we call it love or social support, connecting with someone emotionally and spiritually is the essence of life and health.
