The Next Generation - January 2010
Exploring both sides of Desire:

Desire can get a bad rap these days. It's often portrayed as the cause of addiction, dependence and emotional imbalance. But desire can also be harnessed to create positive things as well. Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr. pulled upon tremendous desire to affect the changes they sought to create in the world. So the question is, what is the difference between healthy and unhealthy desires, between desires that are productive and those that are thoroughly counterproductive?

This is the subject we explored in this months conversation with Sacramento Rock group One Dying Secret. You won't want to miss where the conversation leads in this short yet dynamic discussion about one of life's essential emotional ingredients - the feeling of Desire!
